With over fifty years of experience in Germany and on an international level, Uexküll & Stolberg is a firm with at present nineteen patent attorneys admitted to practice before the European Patent Office (EPO), the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), Germany’s Federal Patent Court and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM). The team of Uexküll & Stolberg also includes two attorneys-at-law (Rechtsanwälte) specialized in trademark matters. The firm is steadily growing and two scientists are currently working as trainees, which will strengthen the team of patent attorneys in the near future. Founded in 1958, the firm today employs over fifty full-time staff at its offices in Hamburg and Munich.

The firm has extensive experience regarding consultancy and advisory activities in national patent infringement cases, as well as in the coordination of international patent infringement cases.
Trademark infringement cases are handled by the firm’s experienced attorneys-at-law (Rechtsanwälte).
